The largest new hotel to open in NYC this year, is located on 36th Street between 8^th and 9^th Avenue. What’s unique about this project is quite evident when you’re onsite; part of the façade is recreated from the original structure, a 100-year old Presbyterian church. The building is a dual Marriott flag hotel: Fairfield Inn & Suites and Spring Hill Suites. The combined project is 26 stories with 570 keys, and just under 200,000 square feet. There is a ballroom and gym located in the cellar. The first floor has a bar and dining area with outdoor seating available. Some rooms have terrace access.
