Omnibuild’s newest mixed-use site in Woodside, Queens is ready to rise. Working in partnership with developer Madison Realty Capital and the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), the complex will include a brand new public school, 478 mixed-income apartments, public outdoor space and retail. The development – located at 69-02 Queens Boulevard – will occupy an entire block bounded by 69th and 70th Streets to the east and west.
