📍122 5th Avenue, Manhattan, New York
On our 122 5th Avenue project, the full-scale renovation seeks to modernize the historic building from the inside out. The gut renovation includes the full installation of new MEP systems and equipment, and passenger elevators featuring touchless technology. Brick masonry and precast stone will clad a new 10-story addition along 17th Street to compliment that of the existing buildings landmarked façade.
The main roof will include a new single-story steel and glass enclosed pavilion pop-up, surrounded by green space, landscape lighting and seating areas. This reimagined building offers significant branding opportunities within the new lobby, along with multiple amenity spaces for wellness and collaboration. Estimated completion May 2023.

The first of it its kind in NYC, and on its way to becoming the 9th largest hotel in NY, 150 W. 48th Street combines three Hilton brands under one roof. This 38 story, 325,000SF massive building with 1,045 rooms in the heart of the Theater District carries flags for Motto, Hampton Inn, and Home 2 hotels. This project consists of three separate entrances, three separate lobbies, and three sets of interior room designs and amenity spaces. Estimated completion of May 2023.
