122 Fifth Avenue

On our 122 5th Avenue project, the full-scale renovation seeks to modernize the historic building from the inside out. The gut renovation includes the full installation of new MEP systems and equipment, passenger elevators featuring touchless technology, brick masonry and precast stone will clad a new 10-story addition along 17th Street to match that of the existing building’s landmarked façade.

The main roof will include a new single-story steel and glass enclosed pavilion pop-up, surrounded by green space, landscape lighting, and seating areas. This reimagined building offers significant branding opportunities within the new lobby, multiple amenity spaces for wellness and collaboration, and has been designed with advanced systems as a top priority. Five floors of the existing building and annex have already been leased to a tech magnate.
