Omnibuild is recognized as one of NY’s leading out-of-the-ground new construction builders. Our experience working on some of the most logistically challenging sites in NYC, and our ability to organize non-union, union, and open-shop work environments gives us a competitive advantage and helps us design a project-specific plan based on client needs, program, or market conditions. We have successfully delivered foundation-up developments in Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial from small to mega-sized projects.
Over the last decade, we have completed more than 15,000 vertical feet and 10 million square feet of new building space. We have managed more than a dozen new out-of-the-ground buildings at the same time, all while maintaining a robust safety program with an average EMR rating of 0.84 since 2015.
