Straddling Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, and just steps from Pratt Institute, our new eight story residential building at 555 Waverly Ave. is designed to fit the character of these unique Brooklyn neighborhoods with its brick façade and structural steel and pre-cast plank frame.

The 190,000 square foot project will house 190 apartment units, 38 of which will be available through the inclusionary housing program. The rental apartments will range from studios to two-bedrooms. There will be a 7,000 square foot retail space on the ground floor, as well as, a 95-car parking garage in the cellar, a fitness center, lounge and gorgeous public outdoor terraces for tenants on the ground floor and roof.
