The 172 Montague project is a fusion of typical masonry façade combined with an unconventional architectural scheme, which creates the unique face of this modern ground up high-end residential project. The original architectural scheme, especially a monolithic canopy flowing from the interior of the building to beyond the façade, presented many challenges. The Omnibuild team had to lead every aspect of this build along with bringing in specialty consultants and subcontractors in order to attain the look and feel that the Architect had envisioned.
