The triple-brand Hilton hotel tower at 150 West 48th Street in Times Square is almost complete, with construction expected to wrap up by fall 2022. The $390 million structure contains 1,046 hotel rooms spread across a Hampton Inn, a Home 2 Suites, and a Motto Hotel, Hilton’s latest micro-hotel brand. Construction firm Omnibuild is erecting the tower, which has been built without a construction crane. Once finished, the tower will have a brick and glass façade with gray paneling on the eastern and western sides, two ground-floor lobbies, a restaurant and café, two gyms, and a rooftop bar. McSam Hotel Group developed the site after buying it from Rockefeller Group in 2019.
