Omnibuild Construction announced that it has reached an agreement with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office
New York, NY — Today, Omnibuild Construction announced that it has reached an agreement with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office that will ultimately result in the dismissal of all charges against the company.
Over two years ago, Omnibuild Construction was swept up in an indictment by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office stemming from the actions of Nir Meir and HFZ Capital. From the very beginning, our company and its 150 employees have stood firm, asserting that we, too, had been victims of Nir Meir’s scheme. We have not wavered, and have fought tirelessly so that our dedicated employees can get back to doing what we do best – making New York City better.
“We are grateful that the District Attorney’s Office worked with us to find a resolution that prioritized the jobs of 150 Omnibuild workers,” said Adam Konta of Konta Georges & Buza. “Our team has never wavered in its belief in the truth, and we are proud to put this matter behind us.”
With this chapter now coming to a close, Omnibuild is focused on the future—continuing to deliver high- quality projects, supporting its employees, and contributing to the growth and improvement of New York City.
