Exterior shot of building with cityscape in the background

93 Worth was a residential project in Tribeca consisting of 91 luxury condominiums. The construction consisted of a gut renovation of an historic building and modernization of the structure, while maintaining a touch of the building’s charm to preserve the historical Tribeca element. The project was Omnibuild’s first large luxury residential building in Manhattan, allowing us to demonstrate ability for intricate, luxury renovations, We restored original vaulted ceilings in the lobby and added a four story ‘pop-up’ steel structure with a full curtain wall allowing for full floor to ceiling windows and beautiful skyline views of lower and upper Manhattan. The result was a beautiful, one-of-a-kind New York City living space and another successful Omnibuild project.
