Our first Hyatt Place came in the form of a new out-of-the-ground 25 story, 71,000 square foot, 188 room hotel, complete with two elevators, rooftop terraces and a two pipe fan coil HVAC system. The complexity was high with this project, and we had to demonstrate the ability to not only choose and retain the finest subcontractors in the city, but to also support subcontractors through difficult builds. The completion of this intricate project has become a great source of pride for us and our subcontractors alike.
