This large-scale commercial hotel is a flagship of the Homewood Suites brand and a LEED Silver Certified building. Albanese approached us to build the hotel that would serve as a model for future hotels in other major cities, so we would have the honor of setting a standard for a major hotel chain nationwide. The mutual trust established early on paid off. Late in the build, our team spotted a major potential issue with the layout of the electrical wiring, but through teamwork and some serious hard work, we brought in and managed a team of electricians to repair the issue without a timeline delay.
