The Embassy Suites at 60 West 37th is a 400-foot structure built without the use of a tower crane, utilizing a 3-day superstructure pour cycle. The face of the building is composed of window walls and the rear face of the building is constructed with a new TAKTL cladding system which is an alternative to pre-cast concrete panels. The building houses 310 hotel rooms, a restaurant, bar and a parking garage with a giant roof amenities space, taking in its views of the city just south of Bryant Park, and steps away from Herald Square, Macy’s, and Times Square.
