Omnibuild was selected to convert a five-story warehouse into an eleven-story, High Line-hovering, state-of-the-art office building on 512 West 22nd Street, just west of 10th Avenue in Chelsea. The biophilic design mixes sun-soaked spaces with planted outdoor areas which will allow employees the opportunity to interact with their environment. The curved façade and operable windows offer a friendly presentation and gives occupants a chance to connect with the High Line, control their comfort and provide access to outside air. With a lobby that can act as an event space, and 15,000 square feet of outdoor green space, this project will set new standards of health and productivity in the modern workplace.
