The project at 490 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn was Omnibuild’s first project with Madison Realty Capital, and the team was able to expertly guide the developer through the complicated process of building this mixed-use space. The Refinery is a seven story, 93-apartment project, but with a ground floor consisting of a supermarket and a bank. The variables in this project could have been significant obstacles for a less experienced construction manager, but the Omnibuild team executed so well, the developer awarded the company another project directly next door at 504 Myrtle Avenue.
