Coordination with Design Team and Ownership

Omnibuild’s preconstruction teams are staffed with experienced project managers, estimators, logistics experts, all led by a project executive who is actively involved in directing the preconstruction to produce reliable cost and schedule projections for the Owner. Omnibuild utilizes multiple forms of communication, interactive meetings and engagement with the design and Owner teams to promote discussion and identification of potential problem areas. Site meetings, video conferences, drawing page-turns, and RFI’s all serve as means to improve coordination between the multiple parties. Omnibuild’s staff consists of project personnel with experience in specific disciplines that complement the design team’s staff peer-to-peer; architects, engineers, safety professionals, and DOB expediters all play a role at Omnibuild and help make robust and diverse teams that work.
