Omnibuild believes in a comprehensive approach to project delivery that is centered around strong leadership, and accomplished teams that not only include experienced construction personnel, but professionals in architectural, MEP, structural, and civil engineering disciplines too; many degreed and licensed in their fields.

Omnibuild supports its teams and clients with a full complement of specialists. Our LEED accredited professionals, code and permit expediters, risk management experts, estimators, construction accountants, schedulers, and safety professionals work directly with owner vendors, FF&E installers, purchasing agents, and interior designers.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

Omnibuild is recognized as one of NY’s leading out-of-the-ground new construction builders. Our experience working on some of the most logistically challenging sites in NYC, and our ability to organize non-union, union, and open-shop work environments gives us a competitive advantage and helps us design a project-specific plan based on client needs, program, or market conditions. We have successfully delivered foundation-up developments in Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial from small to mega-sized projects.

RENOVATION

Omnibuild’s roots in renovation spread wide and deep, dating back to our beginnings.  From managing a simple lobby refresh, to a full interior gut and re-build of an entire building, to renovating hotels with occupied guest floors above and below, and even structurally re-supporting existing buildings and adding new floors above for an entire re-purposing; Omnibuild has done it all. We maintain dedicated project teams who specialize in renovation work exclusively and understand the surgical approach required to minimize impact to an occupied building.

DESIGN-BUILD

Omnibuild has a team of professionals experienced in leading the Design-Build and Design-Assist processes to achieve a finished product an Owner or Developer is seeking. We partner with Architects, Engineers, and other design professionals from the initial concept of a project through to the Construction Documents phase to ensure the concept becomes reality.

DEVELOPMENT

Omnibuild has been involved in its own development projects for many years. We understand the process of what’s needed to bring a project to fruition. Omnibuild can provide an Owner or Developer with the right tools needed for their specific project that will enable them to get the job done professionally. We welcome the opportunity to co-develop depending on the needs of project.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Omnibuild believes there is great value to both the owner and design team in its pre-construction services. From early schematic phase budgets to site inspections and development of logistics plans and crane placement diagrams, our pre-construction teams help conceptualize and define the project in early stages to develop a realistic baseline. We can provide initial conceptual budget services, constructability reviews, interact with design teams, develop scopes of work, interview and vet bidders, coordinate the RFP process, and award contracts. Omnibuild will assign a team of its professionals to assist in the planning and execution of a successful project.
